Wash the New Orchard recycled cotton cap in the washing machine at a maximum temperature of 30°C, no problem. Or wash it by hand – up to you. We strongly advise you not to iron, bleach, or tumble dry the hat. Ideally, lay it flat, and let it air dry.Origin:

Are they waterproof?
Our boots stay waterproof up to 2.5 hours in the rain or snow. Apply a water-repellent spray once at least once month for continuous protection.
How to clean them?
To clean the vegan leather,
gently wipe it down with a damp cloth. Be careful not to rub too much! We advise against using any cleaning products (such as soap, polish, or other treatments), as these may cause damage.
The insole can be washed in a washing machine at 30° Celsius on a gentle cycle. Air dry only.
What are they made of?
Top of our boots are made of recycled microfiber that is breathable and solvent-free. The inside is made of kenaf – natural material made of banana waste so it the insole (that is washable and removable).
Do they fit the size?
Yes, our boots fit the EU size, however we always recommend checking our size chart or contact us for advisory.

Can I return/exchange the shoes?
Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind. If 14 days have gone by since your received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To return or exchange the product(s), you must register a return online. Go to your order, get a code to sign up and fill in a return form. You don’t have to have a client account to do so.
Can I adopt a dog?
Adopting a dog is a huge responsibility, but at the same time one of the greatest things that you can do in your life. If you are looking for a pet for adoption, we will be happy to connect you with adoption organisations we cooperate with.
